Let's say you're using a finishing polish.
An orange pad gets you more cut.
A white gets less.
Do they finish the same?
I understand some pads and polishes cut more than others. I assume you want to finish with more of a "jeweling" type pad but if the orange pad finishes the same, maybe you save a step. The abrasion is a combo of pad and product and you can "fine tune" by altering the combo.
Just not sure of the pad's ultimate effect on the final finish.
I'd like a good end result but I want to be also be efficient.
