Paint coming off my bumper!!!

So yesterday I noticed that I'm missing A LOT of paint from my 2008 Mustang front bumper. I washed the car Sunday and ran it thru the pay n spray to knock the dust off on Wed night. My friend that owns a body shop said that its from a repainted bumper and they didn't prep the surface properly.

I just bought the car 2 months ago and was unaware that there had been any repainted parts.

I'm just posting here wondering if I have any recourse with the dealer that sold me the car? Or am I just going to have to eat the cost of repainting the bumper properly?

Looks like a bad repaint. You probably won't have any recourse with the dealer as most used cars are sold "as is". But you won't lose anything by asking.

Does the car have a warranty on it from the dealer. If not I agree with quantim0 you have to pay to get it fixed

I know there was some type of warranty but I think it may just cover mechanical issues...ill have to check when I get home.
