Paint Correction expecting too much?

AG often has sales that include free shipping for orders over a certain amount (usually $125-$150). Seems like a lot but it is very easy to come to that total with backing plates and pads. The question is: what is your time worth? If you can save 2 hours over the car (and probably achieve better results) and the price of ordering a few pads is $50 then you only lose money if you make less than $25/hr. If you make $15/hr then it only costs you $20. If you end up using it on at least one more car then the 5.5" pads actually save you money.
