Paint correction over multiple sessions?

I’m planning a correction on my daily, but don’t think I’llhave to the time to complete from start to finish before needing to use the caragain.
Planning to compound and polish with M105 & M205. Then M21 for sealant.
Obviously wash before beginning again on the nextsession.
Is there an issues with this thought?

Nope. It will be fine doing that. In fact, I've done this before.

You can wash, clay, compound, polish, seal one panel at a time if you'd like.

If you're doing this process one panel a week, maybe it's best to wash the entire car each time. That way your car is always clean lol! Or you can rinseless/waterless wash the panel(s) you're planning to work on that day.

Is it any better to compound, polish, seal a panel at a time? Or cut all panels, then polish all panels, then seal all panels (over time)?

It's no better. I think they all achieve the same result.

But if I would spread the detail between days or even weeks apart, I would want to at least seal the panels I've worked on.

I wouldn't compound half the car today, half the car next week then polish when you can and seal it later. You will be leaving the paint exposed without any protection.

I'm doing this now. Hitting the worst spots first and then working my way through. But I'm definitely sealing each panel I touch. It gives you a nice before and after as well. My doors look like shite compared to my fenders! ��
