Paint on carpet,seat and vinyl

Hello everyone. My question is,is there a product that will help remove house paint from carpet seats and vinyl? I ask because we had someone come into the shop and ask us if we could get it out, someone cut him off and when he swerved a 5 gal pail of white paint spilt. We didn't try anything because we weren't sure, we wanted to ask our peers first. Seats are velour. Paint was water based.

Water alone should do the trick, i would use a carpet cleaning solution of course testing it in a hidden place. All water based paints should come pretty easy. I have a Bissel Little Green machine what i would use on carper and a soft brush or sponge on velour.

It depends on the type of paint. Latex, Acrylic, and so forth. Find that out then we can help you better. Plus I wouldn't seeing a pic of that mess.
