Hi guys I'm trying to help my friend getting rid of some spray paint (Rustoleum) on his truck 06 Nissan Titan. I tried Mothers cleaner and wax, Tarminator, clay, poorboys 2.5 by hand, and nothing works so far I haven't used my 7424 pc. Do you guys have any ideas, thank you.:buffing:

Is it overspray or was it purposely sprayed to the truck? How long ago?
None of the methods you've mentioned will work besides clay, but you'd need an aggressive clay to work with. You could try acetone/mineral spirits by hand and lightly polish afterward (don't use it on untreated plastic or rubber trim). If that doesn't work then wetsanding may be needed.
