Paul Dalton Rotary Video.....

To me it looks like a Meg's plate and a 3M waffle pad....I have 3M plates and they are yellow....even the older ones I have on my air powered DA's....I paused the video a few times and the pad looks to be a waffle type pad...and 3m pads are waffled..

Oh you were talking about the backing plate, here I thought you were talking about the pads sorry bud I miss understood you.

Cool 3M....3M??? Really?? Must be an older backing plate I've been looking everywhere and I haven't been able to find it. I thought for sure I would find it in the UK but so far nothing...mmmm...well search continues.
