pbl paint coating

I'm wanting to apply the pbl paint coating to my trailblazer but not sure if I should. I bought it about a year ago and I have polished it to the best of my abilities and am thinking I want to apply the coating but it has a lot of chips and a few deep scratches that I couldn't remove along with other imperfections. I was wondering if the coating would hold up for any length if time with these character marks or would it even be worth using on it? Thanks in advance for any info provided

The chips and scratches won't prevent the PBL from doing its job. I just applied it to my brother's 2012 S60 Volvo. I don't foresee any problems.

I don't see any issues with applying either.

I don't see any issues with using the coating on paint in this condition either.

It's going to protect what's left and that's what's important.


Consider filling in the chips with Dr. Color Chip.
