I bought some PBL Sealant but I have a couple of questions. It says it's resin based. Are most sealants resin based? The only sealant I can recall as being resin based is Liquid Glass. The instructions for liquid glass require it to be UV baked in the sun. Does the PBL Sealant need to be UV baked before adding an additional coat or for full effectiveness? The instructions really don't state a cure time, though I assume it's 12-24 hours. Any experience or help on this matter will be graetly appreciated. Thanks and have an awesome day or night or whatever time you read this.

Hi Dr. K I use PBL for my sealant on my ride. I just let it cure for about 20 minutes or with the finger swipe test. I immediately put a coat of wax on top of it. I have had no issues with that technique. My car still looks great.

If I am doing it wrong, then so be it, however, no sealant/waxing issues at all. I live in Sunny So Cal too.

PS: Have an awesome day too!
