PBMG 2011 in Review - Win a Migliore Wax!

Im quite new to detailing so i could'nt ask for more....be it products or customer service, i think you guys pretty nailed it.

If i were to ask what other products i would like autogeek carries are some products for "repainting projects"-- OEM paint in aerosol; frame/chassis maintenance paint system i.e. POR-15; Eastwood; or any other rust proofing products....
 
Milgiore line was probably the most interesting to me as I was looking to try this product a long time ago but had forgot it existed.

I can't add much for what I'd like to see in the future in terms of products, promotions, etc. AG does such a great job and that's their business, I'm a lowly Engineer so I have no clue about marketing and all that kind of "stuff".
 
IMO, the most important acquisition for 2011 was the Blackfire line. You are already developing new Blackfire products and improving the existing ones. This is great!
 
For me it was meeting Mike and doing the car of the week makeovers . I have learned so much since meeting Mike and the whole gang at Auto Geek . Mike is truly a master at his craft . My first stop for any detailing questions is Mike and Auto Geek
 
My favorite thing would be Todd Helme and Blackfire joining PBMG. :props:

The addition of Migliore and Blackfire is a nice step-up! Sometime I feel like AG is too much into PBMA's product. It's fun to see different brands!

I just hope for 2012 there will be more brand joining.. like the underground lines of dodo juice.. maybe even swissvax or zymol ?.. raceglaze ?

Carpro! Iron-X was a game changer for 2011.

Please some how decrease shipping costs to Canada. :caflag: When free shipping is offered in the US, Canadians get nothing. :awman: Can you deduct that cost off the CDN shipping?? Or offer a product credit??

EX: Free shipping in the US equals $15 of free product from a specific brand or brands in addition to the purchase.
 
I think the Blackfire and Migliore lines are the most exciting things in 2011, and I would really like to see Zymol and Swissvax here.
 
I love Mike's book!! Great to have when I detail cars, anytime I need to look something up it's there.

I can go on about a lot of other things like others have (cust serv, new products, tech help, and staff) but to no one's surprise that knows AG...that has always been a constant and a comfort to all of your customers. Mike's detailing book has GREAT pics to go along with the explainations and it is put in an easy "flowing" manner so one can understand the process. Great job Mike by the way.

I wanted to give a big shout out to everyone that participated. 2011 was an excellent year an PBMG and we plan on keeping the momentum going as we enter 2012. We have a lot of new and exciting things on the way so stay tuned! :righton:
