So I had made another post assuming that my undercoating overspray was only going to be removed with something very aggressive like Body Solve, but, following one of Mike Phillips tips to try the least aggressive option first, I had also ordered some Poorboys Bug Squash just in case that (undiluted) was going to be enough. I had little confidence not because I thought PB was a bad product, I loved it already, but because I thought I had really buggered up the paint.. Anways I decided to try the Bug Squash and to my amazement after letting it soak for a minute 95% of the overspray just wiped right off!!

I then clayed the area with my DP claybar and Wash and Gloss slightly diluted for lubricant, and that removed the final 5% that was left on the fender! Im the MAN

Im SO glad I wont have to use something so aggressive as Body Solve. My only question is do you think that I removed the wax and sealant? I had 2 coats of DP Poli-Coat and 2 coats of DP Max Wax. They had been applied about a month or so ago.

My vote would be to recoat with wax. Better safe than sorry.

Bug Squash sure is a great product! I think if it took off undercoating over spray it will likely have at least degraded your LSP if not removed it all together.

BugSquash is a favorite and works in many instances too .

Ok. Darn.. too bad its so cold out now. I somewhat figured it would remove it but I wasnt sure.

Bug Squash undiluted will remove wax. They say when diluted properly it wont remove the wax.

It good stuff. I used it today diluted 3:1 as a presoak to help get the salt off the car. Having to use the local car wash it sure helped. At 3:1 it is supposed to be LSP safe, from what I can tell all the lower areas that I applied it still beaded water well. It also has 845 on it so its a little tougher then some sealants/waxes.
