Wanted to get all of you Geeks opinions on these polishers. I can't decide between the two.
Pros/cons,etc.
 
Neither! IMO you can't beat the Griot's Garage 6" as far as standard DA's go -- has the most torque of all the DAs and a lifetime warranty and Griots customer service is excellent.

Funny you say that,I just found a link to the GG6.:xyxthumbs: I'll have to check it out more.

AFAIK, GG and the European Kestrel get their machines from the same manufacturer. Ive the Kestrel pro version and its a powerful machine. Has loads and loads of torque.

The only thing Megs G110 has over the GG is cruise control, but the torque in GG more than makes up for it.

And as ski2 has mentioned, a lifetime warranty is a very good deal.

The lifetime warranty is making me lean towards the GG6,good to know it's there if something happens.
 
If I had to pick I would go with the GG6" hands down.
 
You can never go wrong with either of these machines. All of them are tried and tested and they work. GG has loads of torque though as I can say from my experience with the Kestrel and my kestrel looks exactly the same as the GG.

One word of caution - just dont touch the backing plate when the machine is switched on. I burnt my finger a few days back being careless this way. Was trying to test the clutch action.
