PC Customer Service ROCKS!

Back in Nov 2012, my PC 7424 locked up. A little researched and I found that they have a 3 year warranty, so I shipped it to the service center in Raleigh, NC. A week later, I got it back repaired. No questions asked.

This weekend, it crapped out on me again while doing my Mazda Miata. (220K miles and still looks almost new!) I shipped it to the Service Center in Raleigh Monday, and received a BRAND NEW one via UPS today!


Can't argue with that kind of customer service!

They have a great tool online to find the closest repair center, they are great to work with, glad they took care of you.

I sent a receipt in both times. Never got a phone call or anything. The first time I just got it back repaired. This time, I just received a new buffer.
