PC to apply DG 105 and Collnite?

Can I use a PC to apply DG105? If so, which Edge pad should I use? I was thinking the white pad because DG105 is somewhat of a slight polish/sealant too. Then I should use Blue pad for Collnite right?
 
I know some on the forum also use the orange pad with 105 if they need a little more bite.
 
I wouldn't suggest applying 2 LSPs with a PC. The first layer of LSP, 105 in this case, would be removed when using the PC with the Collinite.... so for maximum durability and looks, apply the 105 with the PC and Collinite by hand, or one or the other...

Why would using the PC remove the first LSP? There are no abrasives or chemical cleaners in Collinite waxes so how would the pc remove it? Friction?
 
Did it yesterday worked fine for me. Whats up everybody .

Oh, Would it be okay if I do the Collinite with a Blue Finishing Pad? I don't think the Collinite has any abrasives though.
 
You can apply both with a PC preferrably using a finishing pad. The key here is to apply the DG105 first, and let it cure at least 12 hours before you top it with the Collinite

use blue E2K pad for DG 105, and white pad for Collinite wax.
 
Just the weight of the PC and oscillation of the pad will remove previous layers. Only a microscopic layer of sealant is being laid down and it wouldn't take much to remove it, especially if it hasn't cured yet. It's one of those preventative maintenance things, do one or the other to ensure maximum durability. IMO is not worth it to do both via PC risking wasted time, product and durability.
 
I always apply the DG 105/111 by hand, its easy(er) to apply and remove. Never tryed the Collinite, but i guess it pretty easy applying/removing
 
Applying DG 105 by hand gives the best results...I have tried it both ways and its a very noticeable difference doing by hand..at least to me and a few others...doing with a machine flashes it to fast and seems to reduce the looks..like the polymers set to fast ..doing by hand gives it a nice natural cure and looks much better....some even said doing by machine seemed to reduce its durability due to it flashing fast and not curing fully on its own ...


Also the solvents in collinite may reduce the sealant to a point from the rapid orbital motion and friction...

DG was designed for hand application..so no machine instruction on the product...

some sealants are designed for machine use and are instructed to use a machine...most production products are designed for machine use....
