pc white pad?

my 7424 came factory sealed with a white pad. is this supposed to be a polishing pad? can i use it on an black 03 boxter with scratch x to get some swirls out. i am dying to test it out and dont want to wait for my pads and backing plate to come in

if you really want use it in a spot you cant really see.i used it just to test it out and its not like it messed anything up

It is great for slipping a bonnet over and that is about it.

Everyone always says it's junk but it really feels the same as my white Lake Country pads to me. Not sure about the ScratchX at all.

I used my white pad to polish my sliding glass doors and get a feel for the PC before using it on my car the first time.

I used it to clean the windows with Klasse AIO...figured there was no way it was going to hurt anything!
