I just want people on this forum know that I had a great experience with Penny at Autogeek. She gave me all that I asked for. with the sale of july 4th and Meg products on sale, I really went out and brought over $500 of goods. I wanna thank all those hard working people behind that computer take our orders, picking up our calls, and taking emails. I will make another big order thanksgiving!!! but if I see something good meanwhile, I will jump on it.

no doubt she helped me on a sale when i was new to autogeek- also matt has been answering some of my dumb sounding e mails-just want to say thanks to all

Maybe they could carry some of the cabinets from Griots at a steep discount. :drool::drool::drool::drool:

Everyone's great at Autogeek, they all seem to genuinely love what they do.
 
Penny is a enormous asset to Auto Geek....always so patient and polite....
 
AG staff never says no to me, something is wrong with my order?? They don't ask me stupid questions, they ship what I asked for that same day with tracking number n all that. Can you price match this or beat this promotion??? no problem......what more can I ask for??? o yea on my Bday of 09, it was black friday, so bday deal = Blk friday deal, I ask Megan if I can have a AG T-shirt?? No problem. so AG never says no to me, n my money is well spend over here.
 
I am the price match queen and Penny always takes care of it and the money is back in my pay-pal account pronto.

As for Penny she rocks! I know somedays we have a few customers that just take her to the edge but Penny always makes a way for everyone to leave happy! Im the MAN

Yes, Penny rocks :props: I'm in Thailand but always got a good help from her, another vote from me :)
 
I've never dealt with her but if she's as supportive as Meghan and Dwayne I can see why people like working with her.
 
Penny is great to work with and she is a tremendous asset to our team. I'm very happy to work with Penny as well as EVERYONE ELSE here at PBMA.

A girl's gotta shop. Most shop around for the best price on clothes, I shop for the best price on detailing supplies. The price matching keeps me shopping at AG. They take good care of me and will keep my business.
