I was able to get a quick wash in today and after I dried the car I noticed these spots. They're flat. I can’t imagine it’s from BH. I think something from road ended up on paint.

Looks like permanent stains though. Hopefully polish/clay bar will remove them.

What color is the car? I can see the one in the first two pictures, which seem to be the same spot from different angles, but I can't see the one in the last picture. Is it possible they are bird etches?

Could be. Last pic is the one on driver's side door. Car is silver metallic gray. I think I picked something up off the road.

If you can reflect a black panel or something dark in the reflection, the spot will show us better

Based on the picture, this was my thought too.

What does it feel like? Is the spot rough compared to the surrounding paint?

Before you drag out the clay bar and polisher, try something like Stoner's Tarminator. It's a really strong cleaner. If it can't remove the spot than I'd take it as a sign of being paint damage needing to be polished out if it hasn't permanently etched the clearcoat.

I'm leaning towards bird etching.

I can see the one beside the door handle.. it's just a slight discoloration in contrast to the regular paint. It starts at the 3rd row of bricks down from the bottom of the window reflection and goes down to the 8th row. It narrows as it goes down which is what gives me the inclination that it's bird etching.
