Persistent wiper trails...

Coating wise, the best stuff I've ever used is one of my paint coatings, either BLACKFire Crystal Seal which is my favorite or Optimum's version. Both work great.

I've never had any success with Rain X or Aquapel and won't ever be going back.

Good to know. I've used Ultimate Quick Wax and Aquawax on my Windows- awesome on the side/rear windows, but I don't use them on the windshield anymore. Sometimes I'd get chatter and sometimes it was like it left a haze on the windshield. Maybe I should try the crystal seal. Also been contemplating the GTechnique sealer.

G5 is made for windshields..why not stick with a coating made for glass.:props:

Agreed. I Just tried the other stuff out for fun. Works fine for everything but the windshield. I don't doubt the other stuff works better!

Ok so here is the updated photo for those interested. Much improved and while there is a slight trail while the blades are going - it dissipates really quick.

Try posting again.

It is indeed. It is supposed to be in comparison to the original post. If you click on the image it shows that it is the windshield. This is also on a rainy day after using the wipers.

I also have that haze that disappears really quickly. I get it all the time with rain-x. Just bought some aquapel to try out.
