Decided to detail my DD as I've been wanting to do a detail on it for a while now (Got bored with the weekly maintenance wash). So I decided to wash it, clay, IPA and then 2 coats of Sonax Polymer Net Shield and as a topper Chemical Guys Petes 53 Wax. I've got to say that this wax was pretty awesome. Applying it was a breeze and buffing was as well.

Product List:

-2BWM
-Auto Finesse Satin Tire Gel
-Chemical Guys Diablo Gel
-Megs Super Degreaser
-Chemical Guys Bare Bones
-Sonax Polymer Net Shield
-Chemical Guys Pete's 53
-Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Detailer
-Hybrid V7
-Tar-X

Sorry, no before pictures only after pics.

Wanted to get some pictures of the Jeep after I detailed it.
Two Coats of Sonax Polymer Net Shield with one coat of Petes 53 Wax. Jeep was washed, clayed then the LSP's were applied.
Was going to wait until I got my retrofit on and some new mods but just couldn't LOL.

Looks great! I am a fan of Petes 53 as well. The SRT looks awesome.

Thanks man.

Honestly wasn't expecting it to be a good wax after my horrible experience with Lava. I love it though!

I haven't had any experience with Lava, but I started with butter wet and moved to Petes 53 and they are both great so far.

Who needs befores with those afters! Great job! I've been wanting to try SPNS on some coated cars of my family's as a topper. Thanks for sharing!

Looks really nice.
Pete's seems to be a really good wax and worth buying.

Pete's is the main wax I use now. It's looked good on everything I put it on so far.

Looks great! How does the beading/sheeting of Pete's 53 compare to the Sonax? I see a lot of people using Sonax without any toppers.

Sweet! I love Pete's 53 except for that freakin coconut smell

Pete's 53 is a great wax. It leaves a realy nice finish. Durability seemed to be an issue for me, but I still really like the wax. Another great CG product!

Got a really nice colour intensity going on there!
Thanks bud!

Looking good!

Yeah stay away from Lava. In my experience with it, it was horrible very hard to buff off and didn't go on nearly as smooth as Petes 53.

LOL. Thanks man it was a breeze to work with.
Looks great! You missed blacking out the tag in one picture though.
Thanks for pointing that out and thanks for the compliment!

Can a Moderator please fix that? Thanks!
Looks great!
Thanks!
Those exhaust tips are the shiniest I've ever seen.
Thanks man can't take credit for it though as this exhaust is just over a week old.
Looks really nice.

Yeah I love it. You won't regret the purchase.

Haven't tested that out yet but when I do I'll post it up.
Looks great thanks for the post.
No prob! Thanks!

Haven't tested durability yet, but not to worried about it. This was a LSP on top of Sonax Polymer Net Shield.

Great job! I have Sonax PNS and Petes' 53. I love Pete's 53 and use it on my Shelby. I think Pete's 53 and DP's Max Wax are 2 of the best bargain waxes out there.
