PFAS Chemicals

That’s all fine & dandy, but let me remind you all that we’re eventually going to die of Something… And based on that fact, don’t stress yourself out too much to the point where you won’t even allow yourself a Mountain Dew every once in a while to quench your thirst.

We all come in contact with them on a daily basis, they are used in food packaging, etc.

I was just messaging with a Ph.D chemist about this a few weeks ago, his take is that the primary concern is the environmental persistence (which I guess includes persistence in the human body), but he said there don't seem to be any links (yet) to harm to humans, but "we don't know what we don't know". I'll qualify this by saying he works in pharma on the manufacturing end, so I don't know what his level of expertise is on this subject.
You will never get a straight answer out of him if he is making money from it....................

Read here that PFAS chemicals can cause a lot of serious health issues, like kidney cancer and hormone disruption.
