cool pics (56k warning)

So i detail and work at a lake in calgary. I do matinece. So in the summer i cut grass but in the winter iget to drive a zamboni. Yeah like one of those 10,000 pound suckers they use at hockey games :D

So i was off shift yesterday and decided I would take some pictures to show some o the views I get to enjoy, and get paid for it at that.

Theres alot of hard work but when i can go to the top of the hill and look out and see the mountains nothinig matters...

So here are some pictures. If you ask me they just go to show how amazing this good ol' citiy is

Nice pictures, yea I like looking at the mountains too...I very much prefer snowboarding down the mountains though :righton:

Oh yea since when did we get UFO's here in Calgary hahahahaha this pictures shoes "something" in the sky hahahah cool.
 
Ohh nica,.. you should know we cant let that information get out. Cisas (sp) might come after us.

rtlblazer... i sure am. There is nothing like the athmospher this city gets when the flames play. It dosent matter if we win or loose the city comes alive.

I really enjoy watching the Flames games on Center Ice, they are my favorite team out West. Flame fans are extremely passionate about there team, I don't think I've ever seen a crowd at a hockey game with as many people decked out in jersey's than at a Flames game. I was really pulling for them to take out the Dead Things in the first round, but oh well. But, I bleed Orange & Black living in Philly area.

thanks for the flames support. We love it.

Its intresting you comment on the jerserys... its intresting there all jerseys. There not just read shirts. I think every flames fan has dished out the hundred and somthing to get a jersey.... but word on the street is there is going to be a new on nest year.. i know im getting one.

There is a great civic prider here in calgary, we are a pasonae group. Not only for out flames but for our city as a whole.I know when i have people visit from out of town they all comment on how freindly, clean, and great calgary is.

Also when we were going for the cup a few years back it was amazing how we could fit thousands of people on one street with no majot incedent. Thre were ofcourse small inceidents nbut nothing major.
There have been a few cities of a million plus who have tried to duplicate what we did with the red mile. None could do it.

Its events, and days like this that make me proud to be a calgarian and more so to be Canadian. We are a wonderfull nation, i am proud to say I come from.

Well just anothe reason why Canadians are interesting, we have UFO friends hahahaha
