Pics of your detailing space/arsenal

I believe they are Enkei Imolas, they are tirerack.com exclusives. And the tires are Dunlop Direzza Star Spec Z1s, nice rubber I've had 2 sets.

Enkei High Quality Wheels : Performance Series : IMOLA (TireRack Exclusive)

Exactly right. I wanted a set of rims for my summer tires and winter tires, so when it starts snowing (like in a few weeks) I can just swap and stop paying to have my tires re-mounted every fall / spring.

I was running Pirelli PZero Nero tires before the Dunlop; the Star Spec Z1s are much quieter on the highway and have better cornering grip though they do feel a tad softer than the Pirelli's did during cornering.

Hey! I know the guy who developed that Banana Gloss. He was working for what used to be Detailer's Paradise in Denver back in '07. They changed their name to Prima Car Care and got rid of the store, it's just on line now. I went to my first detailing seminar there. I can't remember the guy's name but he was using some prototype wax in a plain white plastic bottle he was working on developing at the time. He was going to call it Banana Gas because he said it smelled like bananas and gasoline! I guess he decided Banana Gloss sounded better and now has it on the market. He wouldn't tell us what was in it, trade secrets. There's a video of his 1979 Alfa Romeo Spider on Prima's website, pretty cool car. Anyway, I saw that bottle and wanted to tell you about it. How do you like it?

Thats a cool back ground story and to know about it is even nicer to hear that its come this far!! I keep hearing good things about Prima!

I need to find out where you guys live and make a raid! Great collections I'm jealous.

Here is my collection. I may have a problem... this is just for my cars....

Wow that is nice and neat! Love the drawers between the cabinets. That is a lot of stuff for three cars......but with AG on our side, who cares.

Is this orange backing plate on your Flex the replacement plate or did it come with it? How does the velcro on it hold pads compared to the LC velcro? The reason I ask is because the velcro on my original Flex backing plate wouldn't hold onto the pads very well and the pads would actually get off centered or fly completely off of the machine very easily. That is why I grafted the velcro from an LC backing plate onto it which did fix the problem. The original backing plate won't last forever though.

My good towels are on the second shelf. The wife gave me the OK to get some bins for them. The yellow towels are the Costco ones lol. Behind my Griot's stuff is the SSII and Fuzion mini. That's an old CD rack where my pads are drying.

I have the same three but my Makita is probably 20+ years older, still works great.
