Gary they were a very attentive class, I actually stayed for most of the class, it was that informative!

Re: Mobile Tech Expo 2010

We are getting ready for day two, stop by and see us.

Re: Mobile Tech Expo 2010

This has been a great show so far and looking forward to a great day today. Mike has already fired up the polishers and people are getting some great hands on training.

Re: Mobile Tech Expo 2010

Well its noon here and we have been handing out Flex Polisher like hot cakes... well for a small fee of course! Mike just took his first break from wet sanding and polishing on that lovely black rental car! A few more hours to go and we will be headed back to Geek Headquarters.

Re: Mobile Tech Expo 2010

Dang I really need a pro to show me how to wet sand and use the rotary out here in CA!

Re: Mobile Tech Expo 2010

Well we are all back and Mike and I are here at the shop unloading our vehicles, great show! I hope to post up some more photos tomorrow for you. Thank you Mobile Tech and all of the detailers who came out to see the seminars and visit us at the booth.

:iagree: :whs: i know it is easier said than done, to get every one out to ca, and to find a place and enough people to make it worth your time and $$$. but would love to see you do some classes for your west cost people.

Pictures from the Tips and Techniques to Maximize The Capabilities of the Dual Action Polisher class at Mobile Tech Expo 2010

Everyone there was interested in seeing the techniques we covered in the classroom, (Head Knowledge), demonstrated during the hands-on portion...

The paint on this rental car was filled with millions of swirls, scratches and water spots and demonstrating live on clear coated black paint with a Swirl Finder Light handy for everyone to inspect the results makes for a very convincing and powerful opportunity to show how using the right technique can create a show car finish quick and easy.

For many, this was the first time they had seen the Porter Cable 7424XP in action and the first time they had seen and even used a Brinkmann Swirl Finder Light.

This was a HUGE class and I would like to thank everyone that attended for their attention throughout both the classroom portion and the live demonstration portion.

Took a few minutes to walk through the lower floor of the Expo starting at the Entrance.

The gentleman on the left is Kevin Halewood, the organizer of Mobile Tech Expo, next to him is Jim Grady and to the left of Jim is Stew Whit, both Jim and Stew are hosts of The Maximum Motoring Show. On the far right is Larry King Jr.
