Hi AG-members,

I´m looking for a 5 gallon wash bucket for a long time, because the prices in USA are very cheap and in europe very very expensive.
But now I have to possibility to get this much more cheaper item: Pinnacle 5 Gallon Wash Bucket Combo

Whats the difference to the expensive ones like Autogeek Complete Wash System with Dolly ??

Its about only the dolly and the seat cushion? Differences in quality of the bucket? I dont need the dolly, need only two buckets and two grit guards so it would be a very nice deal to buy them.

What do you think about this bucket?
 
Possible to buy a dolly alone? How much is it?
 
Bulla, I don't know if AG sells just the dolly, but I believe I saw the dolly alone somewhere for $39.95.
 
$ 39,95 only for the dolly? Wow. Is it built with pure gold :D??
 
Nope, but should be for that price. The reason I am guessing is because its patented, and the patent is still valid last time I looked. There are other options for dollys. If you do a search on one of the search engines, there are other ones.

I think they are going to sell the bucket by itself soon. I talked to someone on the LIVE HELP and they said like this week. Anyone know for sure? I want one... BAD!!

I would love to have a dolly for my 5 gallon bucket, but not for 35 bucks!!! 10 bucks maybe....;)

:iagree: I thought it was just me being cheap or something but those prices for the bucket system ($69) seem a little steep for me...I don't feel so bad anymore because I'm not the only one that feels the same way.
 
Adam's has the complete system for $49. It's really 4.5 gallons which is better for me since it's not as tall and it stores so much better. It has the dolly, grit guard, gamma seal lid. The plastic is semi-transparent so you can see the fluid level. I have been shopping around for awhile and settled on the Adam's. I even tried going to US Plastics. They have all the parts but the shipping kills you. Plus I get a 10% discount. I am extremly happy with the dolly system. Aside from moving the buckets around while washing, the dolly does double duty for detailing the sides of the car and the wheels effortless while sparing your back and knees.
 
I don't mean to steal your thread but I just have on question.

Do the 5 gallon buckets on AG have measurements inside?
 
I got the 5 Gal. Bucket w/Grit Guard from AG. It's the red one under "new products". It's great. I'm very pleased.
Do wish that individual wash system components were priced individually so that we could add later, i.e. Lid, Seat Cushion, Dolly. But, IMO you can't go wrong buying as is.

My AG wash bucket is 10 1/4" dia. inside bottom.
 
Oh, by measurements.. we were wondering if it told you where 1 gallon filled up to, 2 gal etc.
 
Whoops, sorry guys I misunderstood. Mine has no measusrement lines. Great idea to have them though. Think that I'm going to try to put something on the outside for measurement.
