Pinnacle Black Label Bottles

Really satisfed with the performance of Pinnacle Black Label products. But the pump bottles need to be redesigned. Purchased Black Label Sealant and Surface Cleansing Polish. Well after about 5-10 mins of use the pump on the Cleansing Lotion broke and gushed out the sides when I tried to use it. So wasted close to 1/4 of the bottle trying to finish my car. The Sealant bottle is doing good but the Polish broke pretty quick. Purchased this during the Memorial day sale.

Give them a call. I'd bet a dollar they send you a new bottle.
 
Those pumps suck, plain and simple. I replaced mine with flip tops. Plus you can't shake it up and get a good mix as the pump tube goes all the way to the bottom. They definitely need to ditch the pumps.
 
I think the best designed bottles in the business are Griot's. Primes the pad nicely and have yet to have one leak or fail. Sorry...slightly off topic.

I had the exact problem this weekend. I thought I did something wrong. I need to see if they can send me a new pump. I would be happy with a flip top.
 
Emailed Autogeek Support on Sunday morning and have yet to receive a response.
