Pinnacle Diamond Coating on Fiskar Karma ES

Haven't been using the camera near as much as I should but did break it out for this detail.

This was our Protektion Detail with Pinnacle Diamond Coating.

victim: Fiskar Karma ES - Hybrid Exotic

Corrected paint with-

polisher: Rupes LHR 15ES
pad: Buff and Shine Microfiber Cutting Pad
compound: Wolfgang Uber Compound

Final polish and primed for coating with-

polisher: Rupes LHR 15ES
pad: Lake Country ccs Orange Pad (Once broken in these make great finishing pads)
final polish: Optimum Hyper Polish (This is a great final polish and Dr. G has said this polish can be used as a primer for paint coatings as well)

Pinnacle Diamond Coating applied to wheels, headlights, glass, trim and paint.
Tuff Shine tire Cleaner (a must before the tire coating goes on)
Tuff Shine Tire Coating on the tires (impressive durability)

glass: Formulated my own glass cleaner a few months ago and it has changed my whole attitude about doing windows. It's a must for us mobile guys who work on hot glass.

Quite a bit of marring throughout. This is the best pic i could get of it. I had it under a tent.

Corrected easy though. Love this machine.

This was after using the Uber Compound. I hadn't even used the finishing polish yet! (Perfecting paint has gotten ridiculously easy with these smat compounds)

All done and looking amazing! I find Pinnacle the easiest to use of all the coatings I have tried and it does add gloss.

Tuff Shine Tire Coating is a great product too. It only works if the tire is super clean though so I recommend using their tire cleaner. It does a better job than your average apc.

My wife says I don't brag enough so she brags for me.

I still can't get over how much easier it is these days to get a car looking like this due to the advancements in product and equipment.

I think everyone should have to detail a car old school so they can really appreciate the newer stuff.
