Should I use the pinnacle pad conditoner on new lake country ccs pads, when using wolfgangs paintwork polish enhancer and wolfgangs deep gloss paint sealant? Is there a contamination problem when using two different manufacturers products?

dont use with pad and sealant (Wolfgang) , but you could use with paint cleanser to prime pad as wanted.

Apparently, you'll run into problems using the Pinnacle pad conditioner with any wolfgang product. Heck, I usually think of Pinnacle, Wolfgang and DP as the same manufacturer. Also, don't drown the pad with it.

Dont mean to interrupt in the thread, but any issues with using pinnacle pad conditioner with menzerna polishes (more specifically SIP and Nano) since they are water based products. Going to be using LC CCS pads.

I would like to know this as well. Anyone know?

I would say no. WG is made by menzerna so I would think that it would work the same. I haven't used those polishes, yet, but I will be able to tell you later this week for sure.

I agree with madozodi, just a few sprays is enough.

Hope this helps...

I did a quick search and found that some members here use distilled water to prime pads before use with Menzerna polishes due to them being water based. Is that better than using pinnacle xmt pad condition (petroleum based product I believe)? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Sorry again for sidetracking the thread.

I have found that menzerna polishes dont like the pad conditioner only use it once to prime the pad in the beginning. ive experimented with using it as i polish to cut down on dusting and it actually makes it worse it cakes the polish up on the pad therefore causes dusting.

While the XMT Pad Cleaner and Conditioner may work like a petroleum based product, they are both water based. Just thought I'd clear up any misconceptions!

So Matt, are you saying that the pad conditioner can be used with the Wofgang paintwork polish enhancer and the deep gloss paint sealant without any issues or pad caking?

As Killrwheels stated, it won't be necessary with the sealant...but will work just fine with the Paintwork Polish Enhancer.
