First time I used Pinnacle XMT 360. I used it on a customers car who wanted to spend very little. I used a Makita rotary with a LC light green pad.

The car was a 1999 Chevy Malibu that has never been waxed. It had minor body damage but was okay overall.

The results were IMPRESSIVE! It easily removed the oxidation and even removed most of the minor swirling. The shine left behind was very good.

Overall a great product and one which I will use more often!

Highly Recommended!

Agreed! For a customer just wanting to have their car look slightly better and be protected it is the perfect product. I would have loved to sell him a full correction. However, let's face it. The car is a 1999 Chevy Malibu. Not exactly collector car status!

I'm anxious to see how the 2nd step of new Megs DA Microfiber Correction system compares to a conventional AIO product...namely the Finishing wax/Finishing disk step.

I'm thinking the Megs DA Finishing wax w/finishing disk would give XMT 360 a run for its money, and probably have a faster finishing time with equal or better results.

A future product comparison review perhaps.

That would be an interesting test. Although I will say that the XMT finished really well in little time whatsoever. I was able to complete the entire car in about 1.5 hours.

Did you clay first before the 360? It looks great! Or did you simply wash and then go straight to the 360?
I have ordered some 360. It will be my first all in one.

xmt 360 is a great one stepper. also poliseal is . :xyxthumbs:

I only did light claying due to time/cost restrictions, so it was not thorough at all.

Thank you for the compliment! I should have taken before pictures. The difference was quite striking. The owner could not believe how much darker and deeper the paint was.

XMT 360 is one of those products that gets overlooked, Just like you stated, I use this product for customers who dont want to spend a whole lot, topped with some Megs 26 and it looks fantastic.

Wendell,

I live in Northern Kentucky just about 1 hour from you.

How is business in your area?

Has anyone had any of the problems I was reading under the reviews on the store page with this ? Were it tends to leave a residue on the car or the product not coming off ? I'm just wondering if this is because it was used too long with a polisher ? I picked up some of this last year, but put it on by hand. This year I picked a 7424xp and I'm going to use it to put it on this time. I'm hope for the same great results as above. thanks
