As the title says, I got some Pinnacle XMT Finishing Glaze. It looks purple.

I bought it on the Memorial Day sale, and finally got around to using it. When i opened it, it came out real watery. Like well thinned paint. I shook the hell out of it, but still the same results.

I even went so far as to throw it in a air operated paint shaker my friend has. Let it shake for 5 minutes....and still watery.

Is it supposed to be that way?

XMT Carnauba Finishing Glaze isn't supposed to be thick - what you're describing is perfectly normal for this product.

Shake well before each use and enjoy!

Good to know,I have never used a glaze b4,as I'm trying to experience everything and find my likeings

Well, after you use this product you can still say that you have never used a glaze b4.

I cannot explain authoritatively why "glaze" is in the product name but the description bleeds "cleaner/wax" to me. My best guess is that the mix of chemical cleaners, carnauba and anything else in it.... is that it performs similarly to a glaze.

Typically after a real glaze (e.g. - Megs #7) is applied you would need to add a wax layer. That is not the case with this product.
