I noticed the pin-striping. Did you just go over it with your PC, or did you tape it off?

I taped it off, to be on the safe side

Looks really good. I'm very impressed with 360. So much so that I should have some arriving on my door step tomorrow.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of electrical cord/reel are you using? Looks really nice. Would you recommend it?

I can't believe it did that well of a job! Great job! So if you used the green pad would an orange LC pad be the same? My 360 will be here on tuesday I can't wait!

Did the 360 remove that scratch or did it fill it in? In any case great job. I can't wait for my 360 to arrive!!!

I bought it at home depot, 100 foot of cord. It works great, i think Justin has the same one

360!?!? They should have called it 180 because that was a complete turnaround!! Awesome! :applause:

what speed did you use on the PC? Should I use an Orange Light Cutting Pad or a White Polishing Pad?

I had spread the 360 at 3-4, then switched it to 5-6. On what pad to use, will depend on the finish. Do a side by side with both pads. And see what looks better, the org will help with a little better cut.

Update Update

On tuesday July 31st it will be exactly 4 months that the Pinnacle XMT 360 was tested on the Honda CRV. I went out today after it rained and it is still beading :awesome:. And it is still looking good to.

Were those actual scratches, or just paint transfer?

that is absolutely awesome, ed! wow - the way you shaped that right up, scratches, door handles and all.....
wowee!
you are the man, you are the man indeed! bomb job!

The two big white ones look like transfer, is that correct?

The first one(passenger side) was paint transfer and a slight scratch. The second on the driver side was a nice scratch.

You can still see a little of the scratch left on the rear panel

Does anyone think this will remove micro-marring caused from medium-light compounding?

Im always lookin for an easy to use AIO type product that will clean up compounding haze/micro-marring and leave a nice protective finish.

Yes, but remember XMT 360 has fillers in it. So after using it, do an alcohol wipe down to see what it missed.

Is there really any truth in that?

People accuse products all the time of having fillers when there really is no evidence of it.
