Pits, scratches, etc.

I have a silver 2009 Dodge Calibur. I just drove it through my 1st winter (bought it last August). We had a BRUTAL winter here in New England and both bumper covers (plastic) took a horrendous beating. I have little pits in the paint (about the size of a pen point) and some scratches that are fairly deep. (I can catch them with my fingernail). Is there anything I can do to get these defects out?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to fill the pits with touchup and wetsand to blend in. This past winter (in maryland) it seems like we missed all winter had to offer in the Northeast . What a difference 100-150 miles makes in weather in the northeast.
