Hello fellow detailers. I am trying to create a maintenance program called the "Status Club" to better serve my clients. . .
but for some reason I am just completely stumped and can't make up my mind how I want to do this.
There are a few things that I think I want.
-Monthly Billing (What's the best solution to this?)
-Initially the clients must purchase at least a "Deluxe" detail to qualify to become a member.
-varying levels of membership
-A discount on major details (preferably purchased annually and discount depending on level of membership)
-I really want this to be good. I want to sign up my best clients (preferably with luxury, exotic, and show cars)
HERE'S MY PROBLEMS:
-I'm not mobile, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to make this convenient for my clients. I've thought about buying an inexpensive van just for maintenance work (probably rinseless washing and waxing), but really don't won't to be seen driving around in a vehicle that doesn't represent my business well.
-How do I work out this scheduling nightmare? I stay busy. I'm not looking to sign up hundreds of people. I'm low volume. Maybe around 10-20 of my absolute cream of the crop clients.
Please help my out guys. Perhaps some of you shop based guys already have a plan like this. How's it working?
I'm open to suggestions.
