Please help me with MF pads

Every single time i use a MF pad this happens :censored:

The polish sticks to the fibers and i dont know what to do :confused:
 
You will get that with the Buff N Shine MF pads. Just ensure you blow them out with compressed air after every section you do and change after every panel or even better more often
 
I like MF pads but they consume a lot of product to prime them and I think they're harder to keep clean. So far I've just used the cutting pad. Seems to cut faster but for polish and finishing polish I go back to foam

I also only use MF pads for cutting. Then finish off with foam. I use Meg's MF pads though and don't have any issues with the fibers caking up. I do blow out my pad with compressed air after every section though.
 
Same here, cut fast and hard with mf, then polish with foam.

:iagree: They key is keeping them clean and cool. If you can get a backing plate with holes in it helps keep them cool. Most people biggest mistake is not keeping them clean and using to much product.
 
Polish

Hi again :xyxthumbs:

I was using Menzerna fast gloss with these pads (chem guys MF) and im wondering is this the wrong type of polish to mix with these pads
 
Would optimum hyper polish gunk up faster and take more than 2 sprays to prime.

I have used numerous compounds and polishes with the Buff n Shine pads and they all seem to do the same thing.
 
Meg's MF correction compound works great with their MF pads without caking up.
