Please tell me how to clean this

Hi,

Came home after 9 weeks' holiday & found my Focus (that was left in the apartment parking) in a mess. Took it to a hand car wash but apparently they couldn't clean the white stains on windscreens & top.

Have you tried cleaning it with some vinagar, APC or amonia based products? If the staining is stubborn enough to not response to the prior named products you may have to polish the glass, or even cut the glass

You can polish the stain using common polishing products but if it is etched you will have to use Ceriglass or similar products that contain cerium oxide.

Do you have stains on the paint as well or just the front and back glass?

Looks like a calcium build up.

Was this parked near any pipes that could have been leaking or dripping?

likely a parking garage where water dripped down from above bringing some deposits with it.

Like Evan.j said it looks like calcium build up therefore I would try an acid water spot remover than if that don't help If you have experience in shaving the glass with a razor then do that method then polish the glass

There was a video that Larry at AMMO NYC had on how to remove calcium build up that was very informative. I would check that out.
