For the 2011 302 order charged on 4/2, don’t give up hope. It’s taken 2-3 weeks for me to get an order before. You’re still in that window.

That's not a problem if they let me know,but no response since they charged my Visa 3 weeks ago and failure to respond to pm,email,IM is not exceptable

At this point, whether it is or isn’t in a “specific order timeframe” the utter refusal and/or ability to communicate with customers regarding placed orders is a massive fail on their part, and not how a business should operate. I’d rather place another order with Autogeek but having to cancel the existing order without knowing if/when it will ship is somewhat annoying. End of the world? Nope. I’m just not a fan of the current status of their comms practices and lack of info, etc.

I went to the bank and disputed the charge so they have to cancel my card,get a new card and go everywhere I use it for monthly payments and put new card info in.....pita

On a brighter note my auto geek got shipped in record time.....the exact reason I don't always order from them they are too slow to get orders out

just received an 'easter angel' email from pa a few minutes ago.

like others, i contacted them and received no response. yet they have no difficulty making timely sales offers on holidays.

Just received an e-mail for the Easter Sale. My guess some turnover and now everything back to normal??????

You mean autogeek or polish angel usa is too slow. Ag is quick to ship.
 
Haha. Not sure I’d call auto quasi-auto generated emails back to normal ! 🥴 With that post above though, I’ll hold off a few more days for it to ship. Don’t feel like re-ordering and disputing charges. I will however, not use the Polish Angel USA site moving forward unless they right the ship and start communicating.

Finally got a response. They have apparently been going through some “changes”. Said regular shipping will resume next week. Curious as to what that means although it doesn’t really matter. At least I and others don’t necessarily need to cancel orders at this time. Will keep tabs on the company and their future communications or lack thereof.

Before this thread, Polish Angel's PRICES kept me from considering this brand. Now, though, I have a completely separate (and just as valid) reason. Absurdly high prices + ridiculously bad/non-existent customer service doesn't sound like a winning combination to me, no matter how good the product line may be. It's a good thing that people have other options and alternatives that cost less and offer better service.

I ordered Sunday night. No shipment notification yet... but I wasn’t having my hopes up... I’m sure other orders are in line way before mine.

Cost less for some doesnt trump performance. Bad service will. Glad theirs still kamikaze.

I know some people...friends, family and others....who will absolutely pay through the nose for what they consider to be "the best", in practically any and all facets. If they perceive something to be the best, they'll pay top dollar for it. Luckily, I've always been more of a "best VALUE" kind of guy when it comes to consumer products, goods, services, events, etc., and look for the best price relative to performance. Thankfully, we usually have several options. And personally...I won't accept poor service myself....but there are some people who still will put up with it IF they perceive that what they are getting is "the best". Doesn't make much sense to me, but hey....everybody is different and to each their own.
