Polish or cleaner wax

Like to know which of these procedures is more of aggressive cleaning
Meguiars m6cleaner wax or
3m perfect-it ultra polish & then wax
Mothers foam pad polish & wax
Also which of above will give best end result

A polish that abrades the paint will always be more aggressive than chemical paint cleaning.

Meguair's cleaner wax would be the least aggressive, while Mother's Foam pad polish and 3M Ultra Polish would be the more aggressive (sorry, I don't know which is more aggressive but I would venture to say that the 3M is less aggressive than the Mother's.)

I would go with M20, not on the list, but it is an excellent cleaner sealant that provides great protection.
