Hi all,
I'm looking for a recommendation on a good polish that can remove light to moderate swirls and some waters spots. I work by hand and I would prefer something that is easy for a beginner like me to use. Thanks in advance.

I would recomend Meg 105/205 but you want to do it by hand, I was using Meg ultimate comp with its brother polish.

Why no machine if I may ask?

I would invest in a PORTER-CABLE they are safe easy to use. Not sure if would be able to remove the swirls by hand

I would get a machine and go with Menzerna FG400/SF4500, working by hand is much more difficult than by machine.

Yeah don't use black and decker, could do some real damage.

The Porter Cable is very new user friendly also inexpensive.

Is the craftsman one I have ok or should i save for a new one

Can't really tell from your pictures... Is it a Rotary? IMO you shouldn't go learning on your car using a rotary. I have a SnapOn but rarely use it since receiving my Porter Cable.

I would not use that craftsman you could do more damage then you already have get at pc

I have a sears craftsman 3/8 hp 2 speed, 6 in sander polisher in my garage but I never used a machine before and I'm not sure if I trust myself with one
Listen Im disabled with tremors and bad balance.
Mr Phillips has 1 leg.
Ive seen a man polish with a hook for an arm.
All you need is confidence and practice, just do it.
