Im new to to all this detailing madness or obsession lol,and about a month back i used optimum GPS on my 17 subaru WRX with a Griots 6 in DA and LC flat white pads,speed 3-4 .
this resulted in a nice shine but at closer inspection i noticed lots of fine swirls that were not there before so I'm wondering if anyone can help direct me as to what i could have done wrong! the process was done as follows
washed 2 bucket method
then used sonar fallout cleaner
clayed
rewashed with onr
then did test spot with lc black pad but that did not have enough bite so moved to white pad, topped with optiseal
so now I'm looking to fix the damage done any recommendations as to what polish pad combo to use , the swirls are not very deep really have to look under right lights to be seen!
i am trying to do only a 1 step if possible as i don't have a garage and will be working outside
