Polishing issue

So I decided to try out my new PC on a 2008 black Rav4.

I used the included PC white polishing pad, meguiar's OTC polish.

After I would polish a panel I would have a ton of little white streaks of polish left over. The dried polish wouldn't come off with just a MF, I had to use a clay bar to get it completely removed.

I polished the car in 60 degree weather with indirect sunlight.

Sounds like the pad is too dry. You can prime it with a little QD spray.
