Polishing painted carbon fiber

I was just wondering if there anything special that needs to be done when polishing painted carbon fiber ?

There's a lot of different ways carbon fiber can be made but most of the time it handles heat generated from paint correction similarly to abs plastic or fiberglass. Unsupported areas in hoods tend to flex a lot too so be ready for that.

Nothing special about it, really. Take normal precautions and you should be ok.
