Holy BS!

FK1 sealants are layerable immediately, with no layer limit. CG's Factory Sealant is an instant-bonding one, not to mention other catalyzed systems.

Actually, Bence is very correct. IMO, I prefer CG FS Seal and DG 105 to Zaino as they are easier to 'assemble' and apply. I have layered my green Jag this 4 times in the afternoon. Cures within 15 minutes without any 'zfx' ect. and at a fractiion of the cost. Same with DG 105, similar to the zaino look on 'my' car at a fraction of the price.

Poorboy's EX/EX-P are also very nice, and so is DP surface shield, but I still voted for Wolfgang, maybe bacause it's the first easy to use sealant I tried. Super-easy.

How well do you like that compared to other sealants? I've never heard anyone mention them or talk about them.

so far ive only used ex-p but i have a big jub of WGDGS waiting to be opened up. i use the ex-p mainly on my white car and its fantastic but...my only problem with exp is some spots haze up long after you buff it. kind of tough to use a product like that on a customers car so thats why im gonna try the wolfgang next

The thing with EX-P (and pry others) on white, like my suv, is after it hazes and I buff off I always seem to miss spots. I notice them days later, probably b/c I almost can't see teh EX-P on my color white lol, it blends right in.

Too many great choices on there to choose.

I'm surprised that Collonite is a choice. I thought it was a carnauba wax and not a sealant.

your not missing spots, its just not hazing up until after youve buffed it, which makes no sense but go do a panel and buff it really good then go look at it in a few hours or something. first problem was with my friends m3 where he was getting large areas of wax that just ...appeared, then i noticed it and scott said he also had this problem. but my god it smells so good!

Wolfgang for me followed by either Souveran or Signature depends what mood i'm in and which jar i grab 1st

Finish Kare 2180, Four Star 4-54, Meguiar's #21, Optimum Poli-Seal, Duragloss 105, etc. The possibilities are just infinite.

New Question: Best sealant for bulk detailing and customer cars?

the new Optimum Seal would be my choice. Sold by the gallon, priced lower than most sealants, has some cleaning/polishing ability, and those that have used it says it rather easy to remove quickly. That would seem like a detailers choice award !!

Yet another question: What seants and waxes can be used in direct sunlight?

Poorboys line specifically. XMT works well also in direct sunlight ...

Important for me to know if I do mobile detailing.

Duragloss can be applied in sunlight as well.

CG M-Seal is instantly layerable.

But i prefer #111 at the moment, however my UK DG distributor has just recieved the UK's first shipment of #105 TPP which i am going to try tomorrow.
