In general which wax do you guys like more, in terms of durability, shine, application, water beading/sheeting and dust attraction. Please use a rating system of 1 out of 100 for each category, and if you want a detailed explanations of why you gave that score for the category.

Durability, water beading are about the same. As far as shine/look SSII does a nice job poping metallic flakes, when Souveran Paste creates a deep wet finish.

The two wax's have different characteristics ...both are very good....

Sov paste is better on soild darks...reds..Blacks...yellows...blues..

Sig II does a fine job on metalics..it pops the flakes...were as Sov sorta mutes them....

any dark solids Sov exceeds in that class...

metalics and light colors...Sig II....Sig will look good on darks also....but the Sov is the winner on those colors....

If you can find it, trying Pinnacles original Paste Glaz which was a great product in its own right. It still had alot of wetness and depth and looked great on light colors.

Souveran Paste :
Looks great on dark colors and deep yellow.
It can give them a very wet almost liquid look.
Can make some colors of paint seem to glow.
Goes on and comes off easier then Signiture Series (I think it goes on and comes off easier then any other paste was I have tried.)
Smells great (Much better the Signiture Series IMO)
Pricey compared to Signiture Series

Signiture Series:
Does make metallic flake pop.
Looks very nice on most colors.
More reflective then Souveran.
Goes on and comes off easy compared to most waxes but not as easy as Souveran Paste.
Don't smell good IMO.
Very nice for the money especially when it's on sale.

As far as durability I think Signiture Series has a slight edge over Souveran Paste.

In summary I like and use them both. The one I use depends on the color/type of paint.

while this little red wax aint bad ... its no Souveran. Infact, FK Pink wax would be a likely substitute for little red ridinghood.

FK Pink is soaked in kerosene! I tried it once and gave it away.

As far as top of the line carnuaba waxes go, this is the only one I've got. For what I can tell, it really delivers in both shine and durability. I like it best on black

I've been putting off buying PS, but when I do, I'll report my views as well

not much of a difference, I could not note any especially. I used both at Ecklers show back to back without notice.

Thanks for reminding me, I've had some and never did the whole car with it just a panel. It looked like WG DGS but I want to see the whole car in it.
