When washing my MF's I do the same thing Kelso does. I have a lot of them and as soon as I have enough dirty ones to do a washer load I'll wash them seperately. You should also wash micro's seperately because they will pick up lint from other fabrics. I don't care if the different colors of my MF towels run together as long as they are clean. Having your PC/Rotary pads change colors is a problem if it's now hard to tell some of them apart.
