Poorboys and PC

I just bought the PC and Poorboys combo kit and was wondering what steps I should use when I get it. I have a Silver F150 FX4 light swirls other wise paint is flawless. What pads should I use with what Poorboys product in what order. What speed should I use on the PC with what pad and what product.
