I read somewhere that you shouldn't top Black Hole with EX-P is there any truth behind this, or will EX-P be totally fine. And are there any benefits to using one or the other over Black Hole?

You can top it with any wax or sealant you'd prefer. The EX has some carnauba in it so it complements the gloss and glow that the Black Hole produces. EX-P is a 'clear' looking sealant, great for vehicles with a lot of metal flake. Either one will look fine but they might produce slightly different looks.

This will be going on a black car, so maybe the EX would be better.

I used Black Hole before EX-P on my Vivid Blue Pearl Acura and then follow up with Souvran. Works GREAT! They are made to work with each other. I called Poorboys and asked the same question once before. It also says on the bottle you can use BH before a sealant or a nuba. I just did my friends Miata, red, with BH, 2 coats of EX-P and topped it with Sourvan, and it was amazing! So Red, so wet looking.

I agree, go with Poorboys World EX. I have used EX with 2 different carnauba waxes, i had no bonding issues at all. Also, Ex sealant is great at keeping dust at bay, it's the sealant i recommend to all of my homeboy's, i recommend it not because of the price, i recommend it because of performance. :buffing:
