Poorboy's Microfiber Towels

The Green Deluxe Mega Towels are some of the best on the market, IMO. I can't tell you how may dozens I have of them ... probably 3-4 dozen!! They are extremely soft and plush. No tags and no lint! AG should definitely try and get them!

I'll cast my vote too then.

By the way, Costco has excellent MF available @ 30/$15 per pack. Over size, long lasting & plush.

Do you have a picture or something you can point us to? I've only seen the small yellow ones (I have a bag) but I wouldn't put those on my paint.

By the way, why is this in the "off topic" forum?

If the point is to have AG read this and we are trying to convince them to carry these towels, is this the best part of the forum to do it?

I have some of those yellow Pro-Force towels from Sam's Club and they are the worst towels in the world. They should be called razor fiber instead of micro fiber.

I think I have some at home here ..... they're yellow, but are like 12x12 in size. Larger than what you find at most auto shops. Do these sound like what you're thinking of?

If not then I'll grab a pic for you.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a suggestion right to customer service would make more sense.....:props:

Yeah, that definitely sounds like them. They don't hold up that well, and they lint like crazy.

Nope, I think we're thinking about 2 different products. I've used these for over 2 years at home and have had no issues with linting or anything else.

These are made by Detailers Choice and actually come in a package of 36 for $15.

I have lots of new ones and lots of old ones (yellow in color) to show ....... and my home arsenal. :props:

Yeah, those are them!

Again, I would not put those on my paint, and they lint like mad.. Glad they work for you.

We're definitely doing something different in regards to caring for them then. Who knows?

Couldn't have experienced better results. :dblthumb2:

I agree, those things are junk for using on paint. They might be good enough for a wash & wax detailer would use but I wont touch them.

Yep, at that price I bought a bag (actually I'm on my second bad now) but all I use them for is wheels, door jambs, kitchen and bathroom counters, my stainless steel BBQ etc.

Anyone else in favor of AG selling Poorboy's Deluxe Mega-Towels?

You never know. All that's lost is some disk space on the server hosting this forum so why not try?

I do not think it will happen.

I don't think so either, and there are several reasons as to why.

My guess is this: MF towels have a very high profit margin for AG and any detail supply vendor. I would imagine that AG would not make as much profit selling Poorboys towels as they would their own Cobra's.

Just my guess.

Is Cobra an Autogeek owned brand?
