Can this be applied when the car is still wet after a wash or does it have to be dry and then apply?
 
since it uses carnuaba as a base, it might get kinda sloppy and smear. I would probably use it on a dry vehicle, but you could always use a damp towel to remove it if stubborn spots remain.

I wouldn't apply it to a wet vehicle. I know QW+ comes with a sprayer but my guess is you will end up using with a damp applicator as it dosn't work to good with the sprayer..
 
I like QW+ I apply it over Nattys Blue when I allow it to haze for easier buffing off and allot nicer shine, but thats my own opion. I use QW+ when I dont have time to wax also I use Spray and Gloss for that eztra pop after I apply SnG.
