how do the porche look so clean in the winter?

A neighbor porche parked in my building look so shiny and clean despite that he drove it in the city. In contrast, my SUV got dirty despite having washed & wax.

What kind of coating could have been applied on the porch SUV?

He/she probably took it to the car wash. That's what I do.

Could be those stated above also could be, Tight gaps between wheels and wheel wells and maybe splash guards keeping his spray from his tires contained? He or she doesnt tail gate at all?

Without the "S" the dirt has nothing to stick too

it seems the porche has teflon coating that protects it from dirt.

Is there a coating that can shrug off road grime?
