Porsche paint jewelled using optimum mf finishing pad

I think i just jewelled the finish of a porsche paint using optimum mf finishing pad with megs m205 using pcxp at speed of 3.5. Wow. I was amazed with the finish.

Before using this combo, i tried first using ht crimson pad with 106fa and another test with m205. After 15min of testing, i wonder how will the opt mf finishing pad jewel. So i tried it. And was so amazed. Will be ordering their mf finishing pad again 😊
 
I gotta tell you...I've been looking for a MF finishing/ jeweling alternative to using foam pads for months. Maybe you nailed it? Somebody will come up with a killer combo at some point. MF pads offer so many advantages over foam except for finishing/ jeweling. I'll keep an eye on what others have come up with.
 
I thought you had to have the speed at like a 5 in order to jewel, no?
 
The test spot is near the light reflection. The paint has some lights swirls. It was removed, and look at the finish. It's very difficult to have that finish using lc ht crimson pads with 106fa using pcxp. With optimum mf polishing disc, it takes only around 15 seconds for that spot.
 
Looks good and shiny, but white always makes things difficult to see. Got another color car you can try that method on?
 
It's not plain white. It's cream white. And it's porsche paint, it's sort of soft. That's why i can see i there's hazing or marring left behind. And i can say that it's perfect. I tried using crimson and 106fa using pcxp on the other part but the shine is not that popping. There's some dot spots left behind. I think needs longer time to jewell it.

I'll see i can find some dark color cars to test.
 
I recently used a OPT MF Polishing Pad with CG P40 and it really made the flake pop on my car. These MF pads are awesome for sure!
 
I had a quick question, MF? And i see optimum in the store sec but no mf pads?
