Possible to pull muscle in foot?

My wife went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago because of extreme pain in her heel, and its turned out that she has a fractured heel. Now shes on disability(vacation) for eight weeks.
Have you gotten it checked out yet?
Nahh I have no time right now, way to busy with biz. I'll go, at somepoint lol. Pain isn't in the heel, actually walking only on the heel feels better. Pain is located in the arch of the foot which from what I can read online can only be planters foot. Doubt diabetes as well, asked my mother, nobody in our family has diabetes.

I'm working from my home office, I haven't even been at my real office in like 2 weeks as I've been so busy I just wake up and go right to work. I like this, working while foot gets a massage in that hot water vibrating thing :D

How can you hurt your foot when your on the computer all day Surfer? Just stick you foot in the water. It will help it feel better.

Thats a harmless Dolphin :D

The only thing I can think of is about 2 weeks ago I was moving a bunch of stuff and loaded into truck. But that would be odd for the pain to start 2 weeks later...

Today sucked though, did more walking today then past couple days as I had to go to the bank twice, made my foot real tender and sore. Think I'm gonna have to grab crutches to keep pressure off for few weeks, this sucks.

Surfer,

Try this stretch:

Here's how it works: Patients sit with one leg crossed over the other and stretch the arch of the foot by taking one hand and pulling the toes back toward the shin for a count of 10. The stretch needs to be repeated 10 times, and patients need to do at least three stretching sessions a day.

Freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot on the ice bottle. This will help with any inflammation. Advil will also help with the inflammation, Tylenol won't

Try not to walk around with flip flops they offer no arch support. Which will usually aggravate the situation

Tips from my days of being a jogger, never had it but read an awful lot about it.
I ended up having to go for orthroscopic surgery on my knee.

Hope some of that helps
